Take one chopped cucumber, one chopped carrot and one chopped onion in a bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and a pinch of salt to it and mix well. Have it daily as your lunch for a month to reduce stomach fat.
