How to Cure Chafing Overnight

Chafing is a common skin problem that causes skin irritation due to relentless friction. This is caused due to skin-to-skin contact and rubbing against materials like clothing. With time, this friction may peel your skin and cause red and itchy rashes. To prevent skin chaffing, you must keep your skin dry as wet skin may worsen chafing. Chafing is common among athletes or overweight people.

Below are the home remedies that help to heal chafing overnight:

To heal chafed skin, you can apply cold compress or ice wrapped in cloth. This cooling sensation will give you relief from itching and inflammation in the affected area.
