How to Make Brownies without Eggs

Homemade Eggless Brownies

CHOCOLATE BROWNIES:
Ingredients:
1. Chopped dark chocolate – 100 grams
2. Refined flour – 1 1/3 cups
3. Milk – 1/2 cup
4. Melted butter – 1/3 cup
5. Castor sugar – 1 cup
6. Chopped roasted walnuts – 1/2 cup
7. Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
8. Baking powder – 2 teaspoons

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 180º C.
2. Boil milk in a non-stick pan.
3. Put chocolate in a bowl and add hot milk and butter in it. Mix it well till the chocolate melts.
4. Combine sugar, walnuts and vanilla essence and mix it well.
5. Strain flour and baking powder in the chocolate mixture and blend it into a batter.
6. Apply some butter in a square cake tin and dust it with some flour.
7. Put the batter into the cake tin evenly.
8. Put it in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
9. Once baked, remove it from oven and set aside to cool down to room temperature.
10. Take out the brownie from tin and cut it into pieces.

ZUCCHINI BROWNIES:
Ingredients:
1. Sugar – 1 1/2 cups
2. Vegetable oil – 1/2 cup
3. Vanilla extract -2 teaspoons
4. Shredded zucchini – 2 cup
5. Flour – 2 cups
6. Baking soda – 1 1/2 teaspoons
7. Salt – 1 teaspoon
8. Cocoa powder- 1/3 cup
9. Chopped walnuts- 1/3 cup
For Frosting:
10. Margarine- ¼ cup
11. Sugar -2 cups
12. Milk- ¼ cup
13. Cocoa powder- 6 tablespoons
14. Vanilla extract -1/2 teaspoon
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 175 0C.
2. Apply some butter in a 9 x 13 baking pan and dust it with some flour.
3. Mix oil, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl and blend it well.
4. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in the above mixture and stir it consistently.
5. Fold in the zucchini and walnuts and spread this mixture in the baking pan evenly.
6. Bake it in oven for about 30 minutes.
7. Cool the brownies before adding the frosting.
8. For frosting, Mix all the frosting ingredients in a saucepan and boil it for a minute.
9. Remove it and keep it aside to cool.
10. Pour this on top of cooled brownies and cut it into pieces.
