Are you thinking about what to do this summer? The fog might be coming in full force, but this only means how to take advantage of rare sunny days. From the best things to do this summer are some of the events such as Giant games, Stern Grove, etc. Here’s a list of best things to do in San Francisco this weekend.

1. Beach Blanket Babylon:
Saucy, wacky and unique, these eventsclaim to be the longest running musical event in the history of theatre. This show is just a vehicle to make fun of every celebrity from Hillary Clinton to Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga and Royal Family, everything while sporting hats o the small zeppelins size. The famous show will end by January 1,2020, so make sure to attend the event.

2. Stern Grove Festival:
It is a free concert that takes place on a weekly basis in the center of the eucalyptus forest. The summer free shows in the outdoor amphitheater in Golden Gate Park is something to watch out and explore this summer. Other acts like Psychedelic furs and SF Symphony will perform at the park every weekend from August 18. Make sure not to miss the Pink Martini coming up with the unique cocktail of swing, jazz, cabaret,andworld music.

3. San Francisco Botanical Garden:
Seasonal blooms along with the beautiful colors bring life to this garden. The 75-year-old gem is spread across 56 acres in Golden Gate Park. While so many native plants can be explored here, it is specifically known the best for its collection of flora from all over the world, which also include the forest of South America, Central America,and Southeast Asia. The garden claims to be the fourth most essential collection of magnolias all over the world.

4. Whale watching:
A short ride from San Francisco Bay takes you from a front row seat to one of the most spectacular migrations of wildlife, when around 30,000 gray whales move to the south in January and return back to the north in early months of spring. From April till November, get to explore the largest animals which are clue whales and humpbacks.

5. Off the Grid:
It is a food truck festival that happens on a weekly basis. The event can be found all over the area of Bay, but particularly make sure not to miss the two locations: Fort Mason and The Presidio.

6. Mission Dolores Park:
It was once used to be a Jewish cemetery which is now the park and also one of the San Francisco’s favoritewarm-weather destinations. It might be away from the ocean but the sunny park is a sight to behold in San Francisco. The ground has even upgraded to kids playground and restrooms recently.
