Low Blood Pressure is when your BP is less than 90 and if you keep having low blood pressure for a long time, which might lead to some of the severe conditions. - No Alcohol: To get your BP level to normal, you need to avoid alcohol and any of the beverages containing alcohol content in it.
- More Water: Drinking water in short intervals will help to increase blood volume and will eventually get your blood flow normally. It will help to normalize the blood pressure.
- Meals: Go for smaller and more frequent meals to maintain your overall blood pressure. Consuming smaller meals will help to prevent a drop in blood pressure.
- Salt: We all know that consumption of an excess amount of salt is harmful, but it is required by your body in moderate quantities. You can add a pinch of salt in your lime water to eat it, in order to maintain the blood pressure.
- Almond Milk: Soak a few almonds overnight and blend them in the morning. Mix them in your morning breakfast including smoothies, cereals etc.
