Carbohydrates is a very common ingredient to most of the food we consume every day and it is also very important for our health. But currently, carbohydrate is being avoided by so many people for the weight loss reason. But they are missing out on one thing that carbohydrate should be avoided in those kinds of foods which are very rich in sugar and originally e comes in the junk food item. Those foods are really fattening but you should not leave carbohydrates completely because somehow we get energy from it in our everyday life. 1. Oatmeal:
The people who are into the ketogenic diet or in a complete weight loss diet they prefer to have oatmeal instead of so many things but oatmeal also have carbohydrates in them. But it also has fibre and antioxidants which are very good for health. This can be treated as a food item which is very good for health as well as contains some carbohydrates image and this type of carbohydrate is not at all bad for our health.

2. Bananas:
Bananas are treated as the powerhouse of energy because of the carbohydrate content in it. Around 23% of a banana is made of carbohydrate which stays in the form of sugar. But it also has a very high amount of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and potassium which can help to lower your blood pressure level and it can prevent heart disease very effectively. If you are on a diet to lose some weight then you must include at least one banana in your regular diet to get the necessary energy through carbohydrate.

3. Sweet Potatoes:
Sweet potatoes have 18-21% carbohydrate in it. But people prefer to have it because of the fibre contained and other sources of Vitamin C, Provitamin A and potassium. Sweet potatoes have a lot of antioxidants in it which has the ability to reduce the oxidative damage in the body. So sweet potatoes are very good for our health instead of having carbohydrate in it.

4. Beetroots:
Beetroots are really popular for the sugar content in it but it has a lot of inorganic nitrates which can reduce our blood pressure and also prevent the risk of so many diseases. This is the reason why beetroot juice is considered to be a very good diet if you want physical endurance during your workout session. So instead of having around 8 to 10% of carbohydrates, beetroots are treated as a very healthy element for the people who want to lose weight.

5. Oranges:
Generally, when we are in a weight loss routine we live all kinds of sweet food items but oranges are really very good source of vitamin C and cyclic acid which has the ability to heal injuries very quickly. But oranges also have 11.8% of Carbohydrates but this is the good carbohydrate which can help to reduce the risk of so many diseases like anaemia and kidney stones.
